Par Equity is excited to announce our partnership with Turing Talent to further support our founders in hiring technical talent, specifically in Machine Learning and Data Science.
Turing Talent runs internship and graduate programmes to place Machine Learning and Data Science PhDs and Masters in high-growth companies. Through this partnership, candidates from Turing Talent’s internship and graduate programs will have opportunities to join Par Equity’s portfolio companies and gain commercial experience.
The programme supports Par Equity’s diversity commitments, which include the service providers we work with. Turing Talent’s applicants are 40% women, 60% BAME and 6% LGBTQIA.
