It can be used from a single terminal sales point right up to multi-terminal box offices across different sites both within the one company and across associated, cross-selling organisations, incorporating counter, phone and web/mobile sales and self-service collection points.

Red61 provides software and services to arts and live event organisations across the UK as well as in Australia, Abu Dhabi, Belgium, Canada, Ireland and South Africa. For our largest project, VIA processes 1.8 million tickets for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the largest arts festival in the World. We designed, build and maintain the largest citywide ticketing network in the UK with more than 40 sites. We also manage the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society box office, one of the largest ticketing operations in the UK, hiring more than 80 staff and Red61 manages the Society’s IT infrastructure across the whole organisation.
